He's been getting help for fans in distress at events while he's performing for years. And in case you are totally unaware there was somewhat recently a large festival where multiple people were killed and injured due to the crowds and not being able to receive help. Several people that are recenlty hosting or performing at events are trying to be even more cognizant of preventing anything like that repeating itself. And in case you hadn't noticed, he's good on the P.R. stunts, pretty sure he's breaking records left and right lately. Really bizarre thing to be condescending to someone about, respecting someone helping a person who needs help. You can always exit as you entered if it makes you feel some kind of way. 👍👍

I myself struggle with anxiety, I never know when an attack might occur and just because of my anxiety I wouldn't want to miss out on such an opportunity to see my idol. The sitting tickets cost more, not everyone can afford them plus attacks can happen there,too. You never know one's situation. Just because they SEEM okay from the outside, doesn't mean they are okay from the inside. They might have trouble breathing, blurred vision,nausea,palpitations,pains,choking sensation,hard time swallowing etc. You can't be this judgemental,really. Please educate yourself that not everything is visible,just like air.

They all have earphones in connected to the sound desk, in ears they are called, they can hear each instrument, each microphone, metronomes etc, as it would be too loud to hear anything they are doing due to the loud system and crowds too

For those saying fans fake this for attention, get a grip! And get over yourselves!! More than likely anyone having a perceived medical issue is going to be removed by security or EMT Sevices for their own protection as well insurance liability purposes. They will take them to medic services outside the venue. No one wants to purposely miss the concert they paid to see! Not to mention the embarrassment.
