The top players will always be looking for a change at some point. For the next few seasons Newcastle will be bringing in the younger players with potential and building squads this way. Guys clueless, yeah we missed out on Europe in the end but I don’t feel the club is regressing in the slightest, feel positive going into next season, it’s been a brutal season, I remember seeing some of the games over Xmas and the players looked dead on their legs, starting games with two keepers on the bench and still couldn’t fill it, worst injury season I’ve seen as a Newcastle fan. Every interview I see of Amanda and co I get the impression they’re very in touch of how this seasons went, we go again next season and try push for t4 again. Because The Arsenal are a bigger club with more heritage. We won a lot more trophies more recently than Newcastle and have done throughout our history. 3rd most decorated club in England. Haven’t been relegated in over 100 years. I don’t even want to compare the two as I rate Newcastle, it’s a great club with great support from their fans. Never had an issue, lots of legends have played there, but we both know why Isak will move if we put 100 large on the table like we did with Declan Rice last season…

Also finishing 7th usually gets a team European football. This is the second time in 12 years someone who finished 7th never got European football. Considering the injuries and our squad price compared to the rest of the European placed teams we have had a decent season. We just need a little experience to get us over the line like in the Carabao cup final and against Man Utd in the league the other week. We have progressed from 19th- 11th Eddies first half season. 4th in his first full season and then finished 7th in his second full season. If that’s not progression then god knows what is then.

Pope being available would of at least got us ten points, because Dubravka was constantly fumbling around causing mayhem for us, and our makeshift defence was panicking every single time we got attacked. Newcastle are the third highest goal scorers this season, so pope and Botman available for the full season would of went along way to us being there or there abouts (villa finished 12 points more I think). I know it's all if's, and but's especially from the outside looking in, but to put it into perspective, Newcastle averaged 14 players injured per game throughout the season. That's unprecedented and totally detrimental because we couldn't use subs for at least 2 months because all we had on the bench was a few goalkeepers, two youngsters who looked about 14, and matt richy who's like 35 years old. That ment our makeshift eleven had to play the full 90 odd minutes week in week out.

I don’t think Bruno will leave Newcastle this summer for anything but the dream move, he’s said himself he’s no intention of leaving and I believe him for now

As we all know the situation is ultimately player power and no contract or ffp constraints will change this,it simply comes down to getting the money you require for them if they wish to leave.Worse than being a selling club is being that club who dug their feet in and is forced to watch their asset with undoubted talent sit on the bench in protest due to a childish down tolls mentality of a player that wanted to leave without any capabilities of maintaining results without him or replacing him.

The truth is…. Nobody knows what any clubs finances are, or how much they have to spend. It’s that simple. One thing for sure is that Newcastle won’t sell Isak for less than 100m when they paid £65m a year and a half ago. There’s not enough PSR value in it.

His book value currently stands at approx 41m after spending 18 months at your club. Thats 60million profit if he’s bought for 100m, that’s not to be sniffed at. I don’t think he will be sold in all honesty but neither did Liverpool fans when they sold Coutinho and Suarez, then that took them to the next level. Same could be said for Newcastle. But I totally understand what you guys are saying. They’re top players and I wouldn’t want them gone from my club, if I was in your shoes!

Both players have gone on record and said they want to remain at Newcastle for the long term Project, Bruno bought a £3m new home in the NE why would he do that if he's planning on being sold? Also Eddie Howe has stated both players are critical for next season, he wants them both to stay and at the moment himself and Darren Eales have the final say on if they are going to sell them or not.
