@@queenkingdom6671 stay confident .You will nail it. Common things to know. If there any questions asked. Related to anything. Try not to answer the way you feel. Try to answer the way you are an employer and what do you expect. Walmart takes customer priority equally Security of the customer and staff + store. Some Managers give scenarios, some don't give anything. If you have scenarios like pickle bottle broken on floor. Answer : You will grab a mop and clean it because customer may fall , Walmart gives high priority for the safety and security of the shoppers. This is an example. There maybe many scenarios like someone leaving store with cart full of groceries what do you do? There is a kid walking alone seems to be lost what do you do? Your shift ended and you are trying to leave and a customer approaching you for help, what do you do? Sometimes they ask among all the above which one is first priority? There's no certain exact answers but your reply must match what you expect from your employees if you are the owner. So don't worry you may get or not any questions, stay confident and don't be nervous, try to engage with the Manager who interviewed you, pro active. You take the job. Wish you good luck 👍
