Im from lucknow and always visit TUNDEY KABABI, kababs taste increases with lemon and onion..... Yummyyyy...... Bhai soch kar muh me pani aa jata h.......

@Eureka No. Hari chutney mostly goes with Shami kebab. With galouti all you need is onions with lemon. Chutney will not let the aroma and taste of galouti come out.
