I know I already mentioned it but in the future can we please get a 2 handed ball speed video? To be able to throw it fast would be a good tool to have in my bag.

Ball speed and timing, but I believe Ryan said in a video he does actually muscle it a bit. Typically it’s said to be best to avoid muscling the ball but it’s more of an issue with thumb/1H bowling because you tense up and grab the ball. With 2 handers we can’t really do that so it’s not as bad. If I do a “natural” swing my ball speed is at around 16.5mph, but by speeding up my swing and getting my shoulder through I can get it up to 18-18.5mph similar to Ryan, without sacrificing too much consistency. Obviously it takes practice though, you’ll probably bomb it into the gutter a few times at first.

yeah would be a good option above the phase 5. I think a 3 ball arsenal revolved around the phase 5 could be harsh reality, !Q Tour, phase V
