As an industry veteran, my advice to any fresher joining the industry is : please aim to quit your salaries by 40 . By 40 you must be capable of starting something on your own , get regular income from it & grow with it. Otherwise, you will be in trouble.

But why quit salaries by 40, By 40 we would be in senior top positions in MAANG/FAANG type job with 1-2crore+ ctc with 70-80 lpa base salary so we would be rich by 40 and above and there would be less pressure and more money by 40 because by that age we would be top senior position level

​​​@@ribhavbhatt8058 his statement on general audience . Not all IT employees are part of FAANG/MAANG. Maximum people in INDIA work in service based companies. As you grow your experience you will be loosing more job opportunities just imagine like how many freshers would company recruit in a year on the other hand how many managers , team leaders , ceo , Directors , projects leads would be selected. It's a pyramid structure once u reach top demands goes down so after your age 40 with 15 years of experience it is not easy to sustain in the IT market. Even the budget also matters. That's why he is giving advice to save as much as u can till 40 and thn start your own business for the next living.

rubbish. You can be a senior manager earning good money working for a top company if you work hard. Do you know how hard it is to start something by yourself and make it work. There is a reason why many people work for companies because starting something on your is bloody difficult.

@@venkateshkamana5722 yes now let's discuss if you really a sensible man. Coming to salary I get 30k per month that to bangalore and I stay at bangalore so cost you should know. Working on hybrid not like work from home. You get 30k with the cost of health which decreases with time due to stress. With 30k you can not save anything to afford hospital. You do not have any family time . Work politics where you get your worst performer get promotion. Bro do not put everyone in one shoe. You should know the truth before tell anything. It is not what you see it is what you do not see. I can give answer to any question. I will not tell any senetece without proof data and validated fact.
