Hi, pyStatusMessage / pyStatusValue proeprties holds error message. We can store this into some table and then customize temperarily with new data to display in UI. This has to be done using property set after connect rest method is executed.

Pega is tough to relate with real time scenarios so should aware of basic understanding of project will help you to understand Pega ( without programming skills) Better always compare traditional program features with Pega ( up to some extent atleast)
