And same as given in the article 131 of SC.. But in the mullaperiyar dam issue we see the SC gave it's judgement.. How??

The River Board Act is also for the regulation and development of inter state river and The Inter State Water Dispute also provides Tribunal to solve the dispute of states then what is the difference between these two acts. Please tell me

It doesn't matter what I think here but, rather than making tribunal we can make body of Scientists and environmentalists that can provide concerning data to Judiciary i.e. Supreme Court in solving such cases. With parliamentary involvement, decisions can be politically motivated. Topic can used for ANSWER WRITING OR ESSAY WRITING PRACTICE.
