Lots of people write cursive in daily life, at least here in central Europe. The tradition might be dying out, but it's clearly still the norm for like...feels like 40-50% of 30-40-year-olds, I'd say, and I'm sure a ton of university students do it as well, though I haven't been paying attention to it. I'd argue even if it falls out of favour, it's a good thing you have to do it in elementary school, because it's the best way to make sure you know how to *read* it when someone else uses it.

The thing about music CDs is they should do it like K-pop does (not saying I like the music, but their concept is good) In K-pop you buy cds as "merch" they are often custom-covers signed by the artist/with a signature printed on at least. And they are limited collectibles. That way they still get cd sales out. The big issue with Music streaming like spotify is that artists often dont get much money from it. the Music industry is at an all time low iirc

Most singles were either $2.99-5.99. unless the artist has no other good songs usually the whole album is worth the extra $5-7. Since I usually bought cds on sale for $10-13 from fyi or fye whatever it was called and also borders book store had a music section with sales. The extra songs were if nothing else good for listening to while cleaning, driving, walking with the portable CD player. Usually some hidden gems in there. I have yet to come across a real sport where a player celebrates the opponent's "salt". There is more respect in fighting games, where the players thank each other after the fight is over, with blood on their face. Harstem singing he wishes the opponents to suffer is an absolute low. I am grosed out by the lack of common sense and fairplay. Even in war, you have to be a psychopath to enjoy your opponent's suffering. This is so embarassing
@OPKenobi-eu2em2 жыл бұрын
yea i dont quite get it , he is obviously really talented and what not but as a new viewer it seems confusing that he is constantly telling people they suck and whatnot. Comes off as a little arrogant despite having the knowledge to back up his statements. On the other hand i think it might just be a part of this gaming scene, what happened to the days of been glad you had a second player to play with.

Hey Harstem, 6:16 You do realize that you were complaining about how expensive the 3 disks you bought in your youth were; and today you are expending 120€/year for just the right to listen to music...right? Music that you don't own... How expensive were the CDs again?
@Blackopist12 жыл бұрын
Well, you don't really own the music in the CDs too, right? I'll concede though that streaming has played a huge part in the decline of the music industry. Most of the things you hear nowadays is generic stuff, you have probably heard before. There are some hidden gems though, every now and then. But, apart from the really big names, most artists tend to have a day job too
