@17:45 it says "Żywią y Bronią" -> "with blood and weapons" it was a theme of polish peasant soldiers (scythemen, kosynierów) i would never expect such a thing on SC2 map

@marcinkrocki8114 to jest staropolszczyzna, kiedyś żywią znaczyło krew.

@@tytusdezoo6371 I did some research, and while I found some evidence of people claiming that "żywią" means "with blood" in this context, no research done on the subjects, amongst ones that I managed to find, was able to confirm that the word "żywią" was ever used in this way. I personally went back and managed to find the use of the words "żyw, żywej" but also "żywność", which would make little sense if it had connotation to blood. Not only in the XVIII century, but even in the XVI century it was already used in its modern meaning. I have also found the word "krew" was already used in its current form in the XVIII century, so there was little reason to not use it. If you have any sources that prove the usage of "żywią" as "krew", I would gladly read them. Until then, I can't support the conclusion that "żywią y bronią" means anything other than "They feed and defend".

@@nirrot11362 sadly I don't have much evidence other than my knowledge from school back in the day. I remember it didn't mean żywić, also it might be a dialect of peasants it could explain this. Żywić and żywotny is pretty close in terms of the structure and meaning making it very possible that they originated from the same thing. Maybe both of the options are correct and it just depends when and where(those days dialects were very strong as you probably know)you translate it or the original meaning was lost.

Those purple block grids on the map seem incredibly bad for Zerg? Full surrounds are impossible there, so zerglings will be very inefficient.

muta and not corruptor a little later was a blunder no?

letting the mutas be revealed was more of the blunder, without turrets the worker trade could be worth it

This game made me realize how much better Terran units are because of the Scan ability. Cyclones and Yamato and tanks and Snipe, all the key (*cough* OP) Terran units rely on scan

No more Gumiho games. Otherwise my fellow terrans will copy him like me and then Z will counter it more reliably.

The most braindead terran style. In team mode every second game there is a terran who just camps there and builds a 50 apm army to which there is no counter in this game
@kugeltmgАй бұрын
There are braindead Protoss builds as well and, like the Terran builds, they can be countered. The issue is that the counter takes much more skill

There are always counters in this game. If you can't counter the "braindead" style, maybe the problem is with your brain. :)

Wouldn't you just rush his partner and then be 2 v 1? That is what we did in Brood Wars.

@@conelord1984 if you create a strategy, which requires skill level of silver to perform and gm level to counter, technically both parts of your statement are true: there is a counter and i have brain problems with not being gm. But it doesn't make strategy balanced
