Terrans just whine until they get handed the best units, strongest comeback mechanics and straight-up cheats like scan and supply drop. Then they whine for more.

I'm still new to SC2, so I can't speak from experience. Although, you're definitely right about what they have available. EMP literally just ruins Protoss, since they heavily rely on shields for health and spellcasters to fight. I feel like the people complaining about Protoss only needing to A-move, are the people who can't figure out why they haven't improved in years.

I'm guessing that you disagree with my original comment. Instead of being passive aggressive, I'd love to hear why you think I'm wrong. As I said already, I'm still new to SC2. Which is why I said that it *SEEMS* like PvT is rough for Protoss. Almost every game I've watched at various pro levels has been a win for the Terran. Either the people playing are just that bad, the race is underpowered, or both. Again I don't claim to know this to be true. I'm only stating what I've seen. If I'm such a clown, then tell me why instead of acting like a keyboard warrior that's too lazy to read the full thread.

M1 Protoss here, Terran is the weakest race right now, esp in lower rank like M2-low GM, however Ghost and Widow mines remain the two hardest counter unit in the game. The problem is you need to go robo and SG every game in the highest leagues because of this and drops. Blink openers don't transition into dt/ht like it used to, because T gets ghost no matter what you build. Mines are so strong because even splash kills an observer and it "floats" into range even on scan mode, so you can't avoid losing your zealot and obs to mines. In lower league (like rank 100 gm and down) it falls into the "if you don't pay attention, you die" category where disruptor, storm, surprise tempest etc still outweighs it. But in top 100+, even if you do look aøl the time, you will still lose your units. You're forced to open blink/sg into robo-sg every game or die to drop, ghost, mine bio all day. I don't overall think T is stronger than P, but the games are getting really boring and T are the ones with the option to change the game, because P either has to cheese or go robo/sg blind

Protoss needs to open 4 gate blink every game or go for some kind of cheese/3 gate attack Anything else and it’s too hard. Phoenix colossus puts you behind too much. You can’t let Terran build up a big bio ball or Viking counts

If those are the only options terran would just shut it down with marauders. If the options are too limited, they are easy to predict.

The best way to win as protoss is expand expand, you can get 100 workers + fast. Been thinking protoss could needs to out exo and then slam harder then a zerg.. the ability to warp requires gates... so 15 gates.. 6 mining bases.. 20 probes at each... warp gate is great, since it's limitation is money but similar to larva.... protons can throw 80 supply and reset faster than zerg... it could work... or you do turtle zerg and mine and save money to do such a push... but zealots lose their steam by quickly... a turtle zerg that saves money to over whelp can utilize the warp gate system better... carriers and collies can be helpful.. but this plan is effective defending... God most protoss annoy me.. that such at disrupter control... often they leave the back line... I think disrupter has firing range 6, but total range I that time frame is.. 11.23 units. 2 something seconds or 5 7 speed I don't know it's late I just their ball reach is pretty far and the splash range is a bit farther. Disrupter control is abysmal... if you can control them.. then use a prism to save them... disrupter can be fired into nowhere... so meh heavy warp pushes are great with prisms super effective... most often people use prisms for zealots when stalkers with blink are still pretty good and better with blink management.. and can even blink out of a warped place... with a mother ship you can recall your drops.. or archon deployment.. just protoss... lottery ball imo is not that fun of a play style. It looks cool when they connect but, lol I would choose reaver over disrupter. Meh anyways protons never builds enough robo bays... 3 robo bays always pumping out units can take you off guard... chrono... and how to speed up and timings would make more sense... Terran can have a good upgrade attack.. hmm use of nexus energy... oracle stasis and disrupters should give a person an advantage ,but never see it... Protoss, is expensive.. if immortal supply cost was three like a tank.. hmm.

Cost wise that is the equivalent of building brood lords or a hellion and tank per an immortal. That is not cost efficient. Disruptor shots are harder to adjust than it is to split especially because by the time they come out everyone already has their counter. That's like saying focus fire on 1 interceptor than swap to a new one before it dies. Tbh I don't think you have ever played protoss seriously at a high level based off that take
