1: These videos are a LIFE SAVER. thank you a million times over. 2: Some of the most useful things I've picked up are the little time saving habits you don't focus on. Shift + Gang to highlight all, track order switching with the copy function etc. 3: Could you please consider making a video about all of these shortcuts etc? They really aren't obvious when reading the manual (at least to stupid me) and I've really derived a lot of benefit from accidentally learning them while watching your excellent videos. 4: Lots of love! Thank you again

02:16:20 When you put the randomize note at the bottom of the stack , isn't the note randomized after the delay repeats have already happen ? Edit > it works both ways , randomize note at top or bottom .

Hi man! I am studying this in detail over here! Was wondering if there is any video on how you set up the SH-101 with CVs etc. sounds so good at around @28:00 with slide etc. Cheers and thanks!
@splitradix2 жыл бұрын
There isn't really much to do to set it up. Just make sure the SH101 is connected to a CV/Gate out of the Cirklon CV break out box, then set the glide to a-lin in the CV settings and play around wth the value until you find one you like. I will eventually make a video covering all the CVIO settings but I am currently busy making music so not sure when.

At the RND MASK TIE bit for the SH101 you said you have the portamento set up. Is this on the SH101 or on the Cirklon? I would like to make these kinds of glides on with a modular set up. But it hasnt been succesfull yet :(

Random AUX is great. Is there, what I might call a ‘one shot random’? Apply randomization, and it set for the loop, rather than it randomizing with each loop. It might be nice to generate patterns that way? Not sure if I’m clear
@splitradix Жыл бұрын
Yes one shot random is possible using accumulators which is the subject of the next video after this one.

Can the Cirklon reproduce something like Lil Louis Vega-French Kiss using accumulators on the set tempo?
@splitradix3 жыл бұрын
That's one way you could do it, but you don't even need an accumulator, you could just have a long pattern and have each step affecting the tempo with a lower value on each step.
