I concur. The Spanish version I think is better for the translation but doesn't flow and rhyme as much. I downloaded one on iTunes, I forget who did the English and Spanish versions, but they are as good as I can get, I cannot get the original Japanese version

after hearing the song through an english lens, the true reasoning behind Frieren's story and what the author attempts to express is made ever so clear. Amazing instrumentals backed by an amazing voice and corresponding lyrics. this anime never failed to dissapoint me

Definitely the best English adaption I've listened. Lyrics convey the original song and are well localized so the is not clunky with odd phrases or words. Excellent!

Usually, i dont like englsih cover song from japanese song, but i wrong this time. I like it & thrilled (sorry for my bad english) U jave great job to translate in english, u choose vocab & grammar carefully so its fit with the song. This is very hard task & u made it. Except maybe the "L" sound 😊 still akward for me because japanese dont have "L" sound like "cloud" but thats not your mistake. Its still great english cover song

Great cover. I like the theme of Spring, but Haru in this case means sunny days instead of 'Spring' the season. I guess if you equate sunny days with Spring it still works. Just my two cents. Great work either way.

I used both references to the meaning being sunny and spring in the lyrics since I liked the idea of using both/them being linked but you're right in the title context it is only sunny - thanks for listening!

It's a play on words in the original, as it depends on the kanji used - 春 this one is for spring, 晴る while this reads haru, as in sunny. It's usually written and used as 晴れ, hare, for clear and sunny weather. I don't know the exact grammar and stuff behind this but that's what I noticed
