One of the lightbulbs turned on... Also, another scene... when the president of the club saw Haruhi in her undergarments, we get another scene of the lightbulbs... the last lightbulb turned on, and since he was the last to discover that Haruhi is a girl, and since now all the lightbulbs are turned on, we get a text saying 'Haruhi's a girl!?!?'
