It is quite literally about how one girl ruined her entire life with one terrible decision, and will never be the same again. Sure, Unmei is a bit of hope if you believe the theory that the wavy-haired girl is one of Mikage's phantoms trying to become a part of her again, but that's ONE phantom. And there's also a theory going around that Spica's dead (her page on the Harumaki Gohan Wiki has the details about that theory), so... yeah, depression. also phantom spring is already my favorite

No, there are quite a few unreleased songs in this album! "Premised Summer," "Messiah," "Phantom Spring," and "Desdemona" have never been released before, and "Mikage's Diary" was only released as the ending song to the mobile game. "Haze Comes" is described as a vocaloid cover, so is probably written by a different musician. And it says "I Lost" is a 2022 remaster, but I personally haven't heard it before--my guess it was never released on an album until now.
