I've been watching this show for years ( since the first Bob Proctor interview) And always felt like there was something that set Lewis apart from the rest & I finally figured it out... This dude has a combination of humility and confidence & is genuinely interested in the person in front of him

I’m glad Lewis acknowledged that not everyone can afford extensive testing, supplements, and expensive equipment to supposedly extend their lifespan

This is contradictory to what Dr. Joe Dispenza says. Have daily routines and habits vs. the unknown, being unpredictable! I still enjoyed this interview, especially the part about having goals in your life in order to live longer. Thank you Lewis.
@junevasilis30022 күн бұрын
Well... Dispenza requires effort for you to change who you are... discipline, overcoming yourself...all of this effort is a willingness to explore the unknown in the new you, rather than staying in your familiar comfort zone... your happiness is to be earned through daily effort and focusing on a future you...the beat version of yourself...so, dispenza isn't contradicting this guy...they are on the same page: you have the power to change your genetics by choosing the best possible version choices...all this creates optimism...and your best version would make the best choices. You have to become supernatural to move into the new you...

I enjoyed this video. I sent this video to several people I know. But when I listened to your guest say he takes 75 pills a day I felt bad I sent it. I don't want my friends and family to think I agree with that. I know one thing I have started doing so I can lose the weight I need to lose is I stop buying and bringing anything in the house I know I shouldn't be eating. If you bring it in you will certainly end up eating the item. I have started to drink more water and I squeeze and cut up fresh lemons. This helps me to drink more water.

oh my gosh! I said to everyone that my goal is to live to 120. Because I believe that with technology advancing and also mindful personal practice, we can definitely live to 120. I am 46 years but my energy level and my weight have stayed same since I was 25.

I take so many supplements, probably that many. I’m 62, no more aches and pains and can outthink most of my contemporaries. That’s AFTER I beat chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, lead poisoning and cancer, among other things. This is not obsession; taking good care of and protecting our bodies in a time of great upheaval, sickness, poisonous chemical spills and weapons, worldwide epidemics and even loneliness at an all time high, is the only sane thing to do. It’s a lot of work and can be exhausting but it beats the hospital and its wonderful to work to be agile, have some contentment and be self-sufficient, as many seniors are not, and deeply regret it. “Act in haste, repent in leisure” “The big talent is seeing the big picture, self-discipline and perseverance”

Same can be said when I was in high school and college. I think the problem is focus is taken off history and more focus on tech.... You know what they say somethings got to give. And in this case George had to go. I was a science major so if I didn't lean history in high school and at the first 2 yrs. of college the focus has to be on your major. And your talking about things learned in elementary school. Not everyone can retain all they learn. An attorney friend of my father told me once, and he said, "I have forgotten more than half of what I know." I would have to agree with that statement. I know it's in there be at 70 + years you can not keep it all ready to reference at any given moment.

People like me with poor memories long term, do not make habits, whether good or bad ones. I do not remember people's names. I don't bother making friends for that reason. What is the point? But in the long term, it is a blessing, not a curse.

He looks like the actor Richard Lewis. I like his vision. Leave 50 more years, not 10. Good supplements do work. The future is close now, we will get younger soon.

Decreasing levels of redox signaling molecules in the body is the main cause of aging but these levels can rise again when you replenish these molecules into the body. They should be taken by everyone alongside leading a healthy life. We lose 10 % of these molecules every 10 years after puberty and once you replenish these molecules the body starts functioning just like when those levels were high. Expensive is spending money on meds that will make you sick, hospital bills, missing work

Doing my on Surveys young children all the way up are suffering it doesn’t just happen at 60. There are very few people that service, in the military that don’t suffer from some kind of joint pain even in their first 4 years. That means they are 18-22. Autism, ADHD are prevalent along with other learning disorders.
