Harvard Medical School as well as other medical schools across the US and Canada don't provide undergraduate medicine degrees like MBBS. Rather, they require a bachelors in some other field (like biology, physics, economics whatsoever) and medical education comes with a 4 year long MD (Doctor of Medicine) followed by a 3 year residency untill you pass the USMLE Step 3 to get a license.

Brother, Curriculum doesn't matter. . . . Thousands of students from international curriculum of Bangladesh still struggle to get into likes of Harvard, MIT, Stanford. Money is not even a factor. But mathematical olympiad is definitely the biggest factor here

Where does a student get letters of recommendation. Assuming this hypothetical “student” is in high school: I suppose that student may have had some teachers, and may even have performed pretty well in certain classes/subjects having had above mentioned teachers. Perhaps the student might even had interacted with the teachers. These teachers might be able to provide a letter of recommendation. Perhaps someone in some kind of college placement expertise and/or lifeskills/student counseling capacity (e.g., principal, headmaster, guidance counselor) could also provide a reference and commentary. Additionally, other supervisors (e.g., through work, volunteering, etc.) might provide some more insight… Collected from Chrish lee( professor, MIT)

This video is good yet paradoxically unexpected in terms of sharing stories..Caz what I was expecting is he'll share what he actually did in college life like SAT, ECAs and some other popular achievements in terms of going into an Ivy league school...Instead for maximum of the time he spoke about what are not required eg Olympiads and stuffs like that.... which wasn't satisfactory

You got to take SAT and ACT to even be considered in Harvard and have to Obtain about 95% mark on those exams... And not to say but obviously you will need ielts or TOEFL also and preferably higher than 7...but and do start doing some sort of extra curriculum activities and document it well.

Well documented extra curriculum activities and you need prove to them that you are passionate about the subject you are trying to study.. And 1400 SAT is actually not that impressive for a Harvard so you should take the exam few more times and see if you get more marks and if not you gotta go really hard on the ECA ,essay and the interview .. So Good luck to you..I Applied to Harvard,yale,UCLA,stanford, princeton about five years ago with 1450 and didn't got accepted.... Luckily got into UC Berkeley
