Africa has incredible talent, wonderfull potential leaders BUT leadership is hard and lonely and the challenges are great and the “system” effects control by “the tall poopy syndrome” . If a person shows true leadership the system makes life hard for any leader who goes against the narrative of the corporate or political masters.
