do you know what makes you all so pathetic? the fact that you can't grasp a simple concept without totally over looking it because it is "inconvenient" to you and your ignorance. I never said they didn't have the right to say it. They have all the right to say whatever the fuck they please. But if they can't accept the consequences, they can kick it to the curb because facilities like Harvard U don't have time to babysit little bitch-made children who can't act civil. Do you think they care to have disgusting little children representing their university? haha

Unpopular opinion, but an employee's or student's personal lives should not be a factor in how they perform their duties as such. Apparently it doesn't matter that an employee is doing their job and maybe exceeds the employers' expectations expectations. If you have a "wrong opinion" on social media, out the door you go.

just use fake names, you'll be fine ... you have to be crazy to use your real name on social media anyway
@mikehalpern3847 жыл бұрын
No way, that could never happen, you know you can't resist making those jokes ... you can try not to do it for a while but it never lasts more than a couple of days ! Just make up a fake account, so you have a really boring account with your actual name and then a fun one with your ALIAS ... this way you are home free, they can check all day long, nothing controversial at all associated with your real name, nothing ... only pictures of kittens and puppies playing ! Those Harvard people will be happy and so will you. :-)

The_Chipmunk_ Can't resist? I'm not a privileged white boy who grew up entitled and allowed to say whatever he wanted. I was raised with morals and parents who taught me to have integrity. So no, I can easily resist making jokes about pedophilia and genocide because I have no fucking desire to lmao.
@mikehalpern3847 жыл бұрын
It's called jokes for a reason ! you can't even joke around anymore with all the Snowflakes getting aggravated over the slightest lil' thing ... you can't even have fun without getting banned. :-( you really have to be insane to post offensive stuff like that using your real name though, so maybe those idiotic students deserved to get canned. they didn't belong there if they didn't know that. You always have to use a fake account with an ALIAS to have fun, it's mandatory or else you get in trouble with people who are just too politically Correct. :-)

+Skankhunt42 Awe, to be simple and uneducated...is the ignorance really all that bliss? Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from accountability. They can say/post whatever they want... and they are directly responsible for any judgements or reactions to what they say/post. It doesn't take a Harvard education to understand simple cause and effect.

There is Freedom of Speech and there are MORALS, which these young "children" do not have!!! All these college kids thinking they are better than everyone else, none of them have morals or they would not be destroying property and running a much in the streets and being so disrespectful to our President. Do not like him, fine. I didn't like obama or Clinton or Bush, I was respectful to all of them. THANK YOU HARVARD!!!

Social media is well…public and social. It’s as if you said something in public, outside or recorded. But everything nowadays is recorded with technology. So if students can’t even express themselves outside of the classroom, I’m not sure how liberal that education really can be. I’m not saying what is right or wrong, but I am saying I’ve seen much worse among professors, fraternities, sororities, and athletes. And this is in regards to drugs, sex, physical violence, cheating scams, etc. We have students that carry concealed weapons on some campuses. So if someone cannot even express themselves, or their expression is limited, not personally directed, and the use of media is intended only for a specific set of people, maybe people should apply elsewhere?
