Harvest 2020 with the Case IH 1640 combine and 1020 bean head with crary air reel!

We are starting harvest finally and everything is going great. Our combine is a case ih 1640 with a 1020 20 been head with a crary air real.

I had a big time back in 1992 when my Dad hired someone to custom cut beans for him. He had a then new 1680 and I rode with him the entire week after school. Always wanted to run an Axial-Flow. My Dad started cash renting in '92 when he had to start working to make ends meet. All I ever got to run was our old 403. Needless to say the 1680 was like the starship Enterprise to my 14 year old mind.

Ya we were really happy with the beans this year. Corn wasn't so hot though. Thanks we try to take really good care of our equipment.

How do you like the air reel, and did notice did it help with yield? Thanks

I love that air reel. Wouldn't buy another head without it. I would say yes because even in short beans down hill they still blow in not out the front

what monitor are you using in that harvester?

That one had a pf3000. We now have a 2366 with a pf advantage
