I had watched a KZbin video on how to easily remove the Pomegranate Seeds. I used to pick the seeds out one at a time and would take me at least 10 minutes. Now I slice around the pomegranate just deep enough to not cut into the seeds flesh. Then with my hands split the Pomegranate In half. Place one half at a time. Deep into my cleaned kitchen sink. Then hit the skin side of the Pomegranate with a bamboo spoon. Knocking all the flesh and seeds onto a paper plate. Then remove anything that isn’t a seed. This method is very easy and takes less than two minutes to remove the flesh and seeds. I mix the flesh and seeds into Greek yogurt. It is simply delicious.
