Hope the voice improves soon, its not the same without your commentary. I know you always incorporate the straw back in, but with a straw shortage expected, does it not work out financially viable to sell the straw and use an alternative to keep the soil in fertile condition? Locally to me there are heaps of what appears to be spent mushroom compost ready to be spread after the wheat is harvested.
