the baby was abandoned but maybe not by the parent. Babies get stolen from parents and the woman should have taken it to the police to be returned to the parent. SO MANY ABANDONED children in these videos~!!!!

Burping is necessary after feeding, it gets the gas off of their bellys and it helps with the digestion.
