Moister bubbles in your oil sight glass or is your oil foaming from being over full?

You may want to see if the reduced airflow affects temperatures inside the dryer.
@chuckallaire79646 жыл бұрын
I've paid attention to the airflow but not the temp ... I've had no problems whatsoever. I've run a small fan on the pump to help it keep cooler and I've seen no change in load times. I'd be worried if this unit was in a garage but it's in my basement where's it's cooler.

I encountered a couple issues with the parts list. My pump module is a HRC 7-115 and the oil drain plug comes straight out of the front of the pump cover. Not a big issue but did require an additional fitting. The second issue was the fitting to replace the oil fill plug, the fitting was very sloppy and bottomed out when turning it in by hand. I added multiple layers of Teflon with the same results. The last issue is the brass oil fill cap, it would only go on a couple of turns and the seal it would take a couple of wrenches. My issue may be the result of having a different pump model. Doesn’t the oil cap need to be air tight to maintain vacuum?

Yeah nice but they do void the warranty for any slight modification of the unit especially anything to do with the pump. dairy land always been a problem with the machines. Its thought by Harvest right to cause the smell problem they were having. I think the smell is just from the gasket myself. Nice vid and looks like it works well, but don't use dairy land oil. What brand of smart outlet are you using? Does it allow you to schedule the pump to come on each hour for 24 to 48 hours? Most of the smart outlets limit the number of schedules that you can create.

I like the the idea i seen Brian's set also. I think I'd just cycle the oil between batches instead of cycling while drying is running its batch. I don't believe it wouldn't take long to filter a complete pump full of oil.
