My Bushcraft by Nhat has a strong appeal to its viewers for 2 reasons - beautiful content and beautiful star of the show in the person of Nhat. For this banana episode, the one thing that aroused my interest is Nhat's cooking because I also know how to cook.... I eat tofu, I eat chopped spare ribs but I haven't tried combining them with unripe banana. Maybe I should try this recipe one of these days. The sweet potato is common but a healthy food to eat because of its high fiber content....
