I was impressed with the information that you shared about the banana trees. I had no idea they only produce one crop of bananas. Where can you buy a propert like this in lutz? I am looking to move from west chase citrus park area to Lutz. I will appreciate the info I am looking to buy a home within one year preferably in McKitrick Elementary School zone district. Thanks

Well my wife and I bought our home and property from a family member about 20 years ago. I fell in love with the backyard immediately and saw the potential of the property. I would search on-line or go through a realtor as I have no clue where to find a house with a good size lot. Good luck.

What kind of fertilizer do you use?

I use a 10-10-10 fertilizer. Banana trees like a lot of mulch and water with warm humid conditions.
