Awesome video. Congrats on the success. For Christmas I got a new rack so I can expand and maybe buy two more tanks. Super excited for when I get back home. My angelfish are also breeding weekly and I think my bristlenose is on eggs again🤞. Also very happy with how my fish are since my mum went home after everyone being away for 5 days they are all alive and have bred a lot. Keep up the great work Justin. Ur epic

Another great video, thanks! I'm in the US, middle of the country, where the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers merge, otherwise known St Louis. I started keeping fish in May after a winter of studying, mainly You Tube creators. I started with a 40 Breeder, HB Blue guppies, grow out L444, and gold back neo shrimp, as my water is pretty hard. I've added 6 tanks, all smaller and everything is scaped, as that was my first interest. Currently breeding CPDs, rhadinocentrus ornatus Teewah Creek 10, HB blues, fire red and gold back shrimp, mystery snails, and soon to start bettas. I've learned so much from you and KFS, so a big shout out from the U.S.! My breeding focus will be turning toward rainbows for the future...ironic! I won't be on Discord so thought I'd give a quick run down here. Your help, along with others, has created a near instant breeding operation in my basement, and I'm grateful for informational videos such as yours 🙂

Wow! What an awesome collection!!! I love that your have so many different types of aquarium critters to breed and enjoy. Thanks so much for sharing and it’s interesting hearing about your location and I can’t help but think that with every place in the world, this hobby faces slightly different challenges. Be that with water parameters, temperature etc. I would love for you to give me an update on here every now and then too! I am not very good with technology but I am getting better and I have been told that discord is a good platform😀👍 Anyway, I hope you have a great time and looking forward to your updates😊

Wow! That was quick to spawn in the short time you got them👍🏻However it doesn’t really surprise me all that much, you deffinately know your the spawning score. So what we are breeding…I have a ton of dragonblood peacock cichlids a ton of red zebra mbuna cichlids, lemon blue eye sf plecos super red plecos, albino plecos all short finned. I have both black striped and pink convicts breeding non stop lol no surprise there🤣 also have black Molly’s breeding loads, and my guilty pleasure tans breeding several different colors mystery snails🙂 yup I know, but I really love to watch them😍I have a lake tanganyikan shell dweller, neolamprilogus multifasciatus breeding colony ,and lastly I have a breeding colony of Mexican dwarf orange crayfish🦞no craybies yet , but it will happen I think. Coming up in 2022 rams and apistos😁 congrats my good friend! And happy new year to you and your loved ones⭐️

Wow!!! What an extensive list of fascinating species!! I must admit, I am very interested by shell dwellers and the beautiful shapes and colours they have. Sounds like your mystery snail fascination has become a little bit of an addiction 💁🏻♂️🤣 I am overall very impressed by your setup! How many tanks in total?

Great to see them breeding On boxing day i got a new tank so i was very excited amd i know its not that cool to so cool to some people but I got a very small spawn from my pair of swordtails they had 4 fry and for me that's really good because I can never get them in time mainly because they are in a community tank and they always eat their fry and so do the other fish so I'm really happy that I got a spawn even though it was only 4 babies. Again congratulations on the new fish breeding and have a happy New year

That is still very exciting. I still get excited when I find a random Otto or Cory in the community tank so I know how you feel😁👍

Hi Justin, Trying to breed german blue rams, two spawns and no sucess yet, I've got angels and rasboras i'm waiting for breeding action, also some calico pleco's awaiting them to grow up to spawn. my only success so far is my zebra danios, but I've only been trying to breed all these since last spring, May 2021 here in Florida. I enjoy hearing all your suggestions along with Nick's on getting my GBR's fry past the wriggler stage using Deans fishroom fry tray system, keep up the great videos!

Nice! I wish my angelfish could do that, speaking of angels, would there be a difference in culturing microworms with fresh mashed potatoes instead of instant mashed potatoes?
@JustinsFishRoom3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Tristan! I petsonally haven’t cultured micro worms but I would say that fresh mash potato could go fowl a lot quicker than instant packages ones. This may be a question worth posting to a fish forum or live food culturing page 😊👍

Hi Justin!! Can I keep community aquarium with fancy goldfish, hill stream loach and cloud minnows.??...love your vedios awaiting to see metamorphosis of your fish room 🙂❤️
@JustinsFishRoom3 жыл бұрын
I believe you could as they are all fish that thrive in cold water. I would just make sure you keep a good amount of flow for the hillstream loaches and minnows 👍👍

What is the right PH for the Ram and what should it be 80 to 85 or lower and can you keep them in a 10g tank
@JustinsFishRoom3 жыл бұрын
Hi Andre, I think I’ve answered this question from you before 🤔 But I am happy to answer again😄👍 So you can keep rams in a 10 gallon but probably only one or two. Just ensure you keep the water quality high. pH should be between 6.5-7.2. Temperature should be around 28°C

lets go Justin! two questions, my angelfish eggs always go moldy after two days. do you have any tips for me? and i want to breed gold laser cory's got any tips for that? love your content
@spennysmith3 жыл бұрын
Methylene blue in the tub 2 or 3 drops its an anti fungus solution and aeration should stop that I find it better to keep the air bubbles away from the eggs there just in there to move the water about
@JustinsFishRoom3 жыл бұрын
What is your current methodology that you use? Once I know that then I can help a little better 🙂👍

Hey mate, i see you have a community ram tank do you experience and issues with this? I just bought a new 40 litre i have 20-25 baby rams which im gonna grow out with my 5 silver tip tetras, i have another 40 litre tank and my big tank which has 2 f and 2 m, corydoras, and small tetras, silver tips and Columbian, should i add my glowlights and neons to a 40 litre and silver tips to a nother 40 litre then create a community ram tank with cories black neons and Columbians?

They should all be fine as long as you introduce them gradually
