You and your garden look very nice! I'm in zone 9a and also growing collards and cabbages. Had some for thanksgiving; folks couldn't believe how well they tasted.

Nice garden! How do you fix your greens? Sometimes we make sweet & sour greens.

@@cutinariley hey garden friend, I’ve never heard of sweet and sour greens . Please share the recipe. We just boil neck bones and smoked turkey for about 1-2 hours and remove all meat from the bones, add the greens and put pepper flakes and other seasonings. Just basic 😂 but good.
