Ms. Cynthia, motampo kog recipe sa tawong, Cut the fruit in the middle lengthwise, then cut into bite size, about two inches. Fry them, flesh down until golden brown, and set aside. Prepare 1:1 sukatoy mix (suka ug toyo, hehe), depending on the number of eggplants nga gi-fry. Kanang sakto ra, dili pang-sabaw nga amount. Prepare a mixture of the usual mga panakot para kinilaw, including a pinch of sugar. Mix everything ... and happy eating !
