Thank you Sapphire we are trying our best to even come bigger and better. The bending technique we having been using for years but I guess it's the blessing of the Creator we haven't suffer from back pains. Off sick at the moment with dics issues so observation was from the heart. But with all the work you guys do your muscles are very strong to withstand the bending. Take care.

You should be able to get them at any major farm store but it can also be planted from even the pieces you cook with especially once they have root on them.
