hi, writing from Namibia. we cook leaves . very much tangy delicious. it is sold fresh or dried. usually mixed with fish. for me its the tangy taste that i love. i never new the flowers could be used.

It was wonderful learning and listening to you on the hibiscus. I drink hibiscus tea. Its great for high blood pressure. Ive not grown it yet, but look forward to doing so. Ive seen the end product buying dried hibiscus flowers, but not the round spinney parts. I also didnt know you could use the leaves. Looking forward to trying them in a salad.
