In a tank add 5-7 dry almond leaves with some rock salt (use half to one tablespoon) and add ur guppies with parasites and reduce food for a couple of weeks. Feed once for 2 days. It worked for me I don't know if it would for u and u can give it a try. By the way even I am from INDIA❤❤
