Stuffed mushrooms are always great to whip up when you have people coming over, before my nana passed and pre covid she would invite everyone over on the 2nd sunday of the month for a family dinner, if i was over we would sometimes make stuffed mushrooms and they were always good, we usually stuffed the mushroons with crab meat and sometimes sprinkled a bit of cheese on top, typing this out kinda makes me miss that actually...
