Oh i love Okra . its a good treatment for diabetes i heard, it brings down a high blood sugar. Its proven per diabetic person said, when you boil okra and let the diabetic patient drink the juice. But i'm not diabetic so i just steam it and put salt pepper. Nice to watch you plant those onion, That onion i noticed actually the one you planted is called Shallots. Good gardening like alway Sang and Vy . Have a good happy safe week end. Oh May i ask whats happening to your planted Macadamia tress?Did they survived the storm?
