I visited your farm last November with the Sputnik crew from the USA. What a beautiful place you have there. Thanks for the hospitality. Great video

Only problem I can see with all harvesters following each other, one any where in the line except the last lifter, has a problem & has to stop, they all come to a halt, get a foreign object fast, can take 30 minutes to free, thats 4 hours lost for 8 machines held up.

Why all those 2-row harvesters if you have such large fields ?

With all that equipment you must be doing it right but couldn't the tractors go up a gear or two? And why so many two row harvesters instead of four row and maybe a windrow-er like most American farms do? I started farming in 1970 and those harvesters seem to be five times as complected as necessary.

This is in the Cambridgeshire fens which is the main place for potato growing because it’s so flat and the field get wet so your sometimes just driving through puddles and it bogs them down so you have to drive slow to get them

@@Tom-gt6qp I had to watch the video again, I think they might just be driving slow for the video. The long line of equipment is impressive. It was dry when the video was made but if it did get wet that many harvesters wold be needed to get the crop out.
