There should be consequences for Simon doing what he did and trying to make his lawyer cover for it. He completely lied and acted in bad faith and nothing can be done about it? There has to be some legal way that doesn't make Harvey and Alex break ethics to do it

Usually there are consequences, in that other people won’t want to deal with them

There are penalties. Typically a breakup fee or some other financial provision. However, that is the problem with handshake deals. Thomas, or Alex, should have gotten it in writing.

Donna getting unnecessarily involved as usual made matters worse and her having the audacity to say you're putting me in such a sh**y position when she was the one that keep asking what's going on when she had no business doing so. Donna as a coo was so annoying, one of the best episodes was season 7 episode 10 when Malik put her in her place on the stand in court.
