Not just movies; Typically if you all have been working together for so long ; 10 plus years ; it’s more than just camaraderie esp if it’s A great work environment. You invite each other to Dinner parties, cocktails, baby showers & excetera. Sometimes work colleagues can practically be like family but all that depends on the general work environment. One of my best friends for 14 years ; we got to know each other from working on the same unit @ the Hospital for 8 plus years .
