I commend you Sir for trying the Elk. In Montana, we do Elk so many ways. Mostly jerky. I have made Elk stew. To see a high end rest. feature Elk makes me happy. They are wild animals. Look out Mrs. Might have an exciting after dinner treat. 😍

Hi Shelley, I think he settled on it the minute he saw it on the menu! lol He had never tried it before, but the server did say it was quite popular, and very good. I tried it, and was surprised at how tender it was...
