Plagiarism or whatever but it happens lots of times with modern music. Lots of pop songs can follow the same chord progressions although they mostly add alterations and revisions. On our case, it's the verses and intro to Stress Relief in comparison to Harvey that sound unique. So it's not surprising at all.

I wouldnt be worried about how stress relief was the same as harvey, but they dont even give credit to hers. like they mention they interpolated the melody from harvey in a youtube comment but thats it! pretty lame that they basically completely copied the melody for harvey and gave credit in a youtube comment. dont get wrong, i like stress relief but harvey is undeniably a better song
