$400 Yamaha Moto4, Looked Great, Motor Trashed!

Bought this 1984 Yamaha Moto4 200 for $400 last week. The machine looked like it was well cared for, nothing bent or twisted. The plastic and seat were not horrible considering that they are almost 40years old. When working on the motor, many disappointments were found, the key was recently lost, and all the lights, starter, and, and CDI are not functioning. Unfortunately, the engine would not start, even with external ignition, starter power, and starting fluid applied. Wet compression was found to be less than 30psi, not nearly enough to start the engine with!
