Bro, you need to improve your interviewing skills. 1) 2-3 times you asked him about something else, not related to what he was saying, when he was already narrating a a particular incident. Avoid that. 2) Your questions were not up to the mark. The session was good because Mishra sahab had a lot to tell. “Difference in the people of UK and India?”- what kind of question was that! The answer is obvious, anyone answering that question will say the same thing. Rest, I hope and I know, that you will improve with time. All the best for that!

I also would like to suggest some observations during the session - * Being an interviewer one shouldn't be so casual/ impromptu in asking questions, behaviour & body posture. * Read the book thoroughly & then frame relevant questions. Let the interviewee concluded first and then ask relevant questions if further need to clarify anything. Don't interrupt or ask irrelevant questions in between. * Move in time period sequence and don't intermix. * Avoid long interview. Interviewer is not allowed to take leverage ie casual behaviour, talk & body posture/movement when you are interviewing a Padma Bhushan Award recipient & Senior Citizen. * Avoid expressing personal comments/opinion or any derogatory remarks on late statesman/politicians to avoid disagreement. Thanks for your efforts for arranging a very informative interview. Best wishes for your future endeavours. 👍😊
