These are ordinary buses for daily local purpose by the government. Many people can't afford luxury buses like volvos, so for long distances for state purposes these ordinary buses are used because they run cheap on road. Even Chandigarh have same ordinary buses in their collection. Look HRTC, URTC, J&KRTC, PB roadways, they all are running these ordinary buses. For city purposes All states have switched to Low floor TATA MARCOPOLO, but only for city purposes. And according to me, a basic automobile is the best to learn about that particular automobile. There are Volvo training buses too for the volvo learners, you just need to do a bit of research or i can say that you haven't been on roads and highways that you don't know why these cheap buses run. And btw they are not baba adam k zamane ki, these buses cruise at 90-100km/hr on highways almost same as Volvos. And they are made by Ashok Leyland, the builder of heavy industrial automobile.

@@manavsingh247 Bro at least have a look on your comparison URTC and JKRTC? Seriously? Its like comparison of one defective product to other. Change lana Se hi change ata hai. Han ye baat sahi hai ki economy hai hi nhi state ki us level ki achi buses a saka after all money is honey or volvo bhi thodi se hi han hrtc ka paas , majority to ye khatara hi hai. Upar se Haryana ki roads bhi tuti padi han. Three year have passed and delhi to panipat highway is still in bad shape.
