All events in this fest are haryanvi that's why haryanvi colleges are more preferred moreover it is organised on state level every year mean colleges under state of Haryana can participate in this contest Each University of Haryana has their major Ratnavali Kuk, MDU, CRSU, CDLU, CBLU all of them separately holds their ratnavali that's why the affiliated colleges can participate majorly You can go for Inter University youth festival because it has folk dance section
