By far the worst video from TheDeshbhakt. Really like other videos but this video seems to be forcefeeding incorrect interpretations. Apart from the Kerala Story none of the movies are based on us vs them. Gadar 1 was more us vs them than Gadar 2 and was 100 times better than Gadar 2. Pathaan hardly had anything to do with us vs them, main villain was an ex Raw agent. Comparing govt provided data at when convenient to your content and disregarding when not (J&K govt data to discredit Kashmir Files). Even this channel alongwith Mr. Ravish Kumar's channel are now coming out as strongly in godi of the other side. So all in all every media is now godi media. No place for neutral and fare content really. Loosing traction gradually. Hope you read this and think about it unless you are already in the godi of the other side.

I think KZbin and other social media platforms can make an impact on how us the people perceive these types of films. It would have been great if many creators would call out the bullshit, but instead they blindly celebrate the film's success without looking at how this would affect the minority (films like The Kashmir files and Kerala story). For the us vs them movies there is no criticism whatsoever, since there is a common enemy (Pakistan), our hyper nationalism comes out and everyone who criticizes the movie becomes an antinational and majority creators have a fear of this happening to them. The one difference between the north and the south movies is that the north ones portray the opposing religion as the evil enemy, and the south celebrates their religion without needing to defame any religion. It was actually refreshing to see to movies like Satya Prem Ki Katha and Rock aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani!! Rocky aur Rani proved that people still love a good romantic comedy musical with family drama! Also I feel Brahmastra deserved better..the visual effects, storyline, action sequences were much ahead of current Bollywood times...sadly poor dialogs, weak and laughable script for the female lead and the whole anti nepo bollywood sentiment went against it..!!

Swara Bhaskar once rightly said, that the reason movies from early 2000s used to be secular in nature, like Veer Zara or Rang de Basanti, wasn't because Bollywood was very secular or that filmmakers knew of their responsibilities as storytellers and massive effect they can have on the audience, no, it was simply a formula, secularism sold back then, just like how communalism sells now. After 2014 the narrative shifted, the kind of movies that were normal back then, like Swades or Rang de Basanti, cannot be made now, not atleast without endangering the lives of its actors and makers, some dal or sena would be ready with the torches to set the theatre on fire. Filmmakers are scared, if they make movies without the current communal formula, not only the movies wouldn't profit, but they would also get on the wrong side of the ruling party, who would want to take a risk like that? When we as an audience are not supporting films like Mulk or An Action Hero, why would the filmakers even bother. What we need to do is be a responsible audience, question and reject hate filled content, and most importantly not give money to propaganda movies. Vivek Agnihotri took home the massive box office earnings of The Kashmir files, actual Kashmiri pandits didn't, they didn't earn any profit or got any help from that movie, only one chaatukaar did after lowering the standards of our cinema.

I would say i am definitely aganist all these propoganda movies but only beacause of these two- three movies you can't say that the whole industry is bad or using this formula to make hits. I didn't found any us vs them angle in pathaan though beacuse i agree that its story was not up to the mark but it didn't run on the basis of any propaganda, i believe people had came to the theaters after so long only to see srk and his comeback. Speaking of films like Kerala story and Kashmir files i don't think so they belong to bollywood or i would say any other industry because i think these two films were individually made by their respective directors. I will say that films that belongs to bollywood openly says that it belongs to bollywood or is directed/produced by a well known director such as Kjo (Karan johar), Slb (Sanjay Leela Bhansali), Rajkumari hirani, Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Kashyap, Farhan Akhtar, Rohit Shetty, Yash Chopra & Aditya chopra...etc. They don't make propoganda movies neither support them. Some of these people don't either make remake films... So beacuse of two- three people or two-three stupid films why are we saying that the whole industry is bad. We can look at it in the same way such as if two- three Muslim people are criminals is the the whole muslim community bad? NO, Absoulety not! So it is the same, is the whole bollywood that we grew up watching, cherishing bad? No... That's it this was the point i was trying too prove! Love & peace to everyone❤

The drought of creativity in Bollywood started in early 2000s and has only gotten more severe over the years. While there have been a few spells of scattered rain a few times but largely it has been dry. There used to be barely a single movie in 5 years on such topics but now there are 5 such movies every year. In the past social issues were addressed such as corrupt politicians, evil policemen, cruel industrialists, and so on. But now its all about patriotic zealots. No wonder the teenagers of today are so much worse than the older generation.

Early 2000's saw alot of creativity through Farhaan Akhtar, Vishal Bhardwaj, Prakash Jha, Peak Ram Gopal Verma, Peak Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the breakthroughs of Ashutosh Gowariker and Rajkumar Hirani even Karan Johar made some genuinely good films during this time. I mean the guys I mentioned above all emerged during the 2000's and made multiple timeless stuff during this period; you can't say the same for the 2010's. For whatever reason some of the above don't direct anymore and others are making mediocre to trash (especially RGV), only Hirani and Bhansali are still making respectable stuff. 2000's genuinely had some very good script writing compared to what we see today.

असली सच्चाई दिखानी अब शुरू हुई है फिल्मो द्वारा, क्यों दरगाह को ही मंदिर स्व आगे रखते दिखाया गया, क्यों कोई भी अभिनेता ये कहता नही सुना गया पहले से लेकर अब तक की अल्ला आपके नाम पर क्यों ये नफरत फैलाई जा रही है जैस्ड जैस ए मोह्ह्मद यानी मोह्ह्मद के नाम पर सेना ,ये सेना क्यों बनाई गई अगर इस्लाम इसकी अनुमति नही देता, क्यों आतंकवादियों के प्रति सहानुभूति वाली फिल्मे बनाई गई , क्यों west के waste को या वहाँ के कुत्ता संस्कृति के कल्चर को यहाँ ये दिखाया गया फिल्मो द्वारा एक से अधिक शारीरिक सम्बन्ध अच्छी बात है, सीधी सी बात भारत को हर तरीके से तोडना है यहाँ की संस्कृति को खत्म जितना अंग्रेजो मुगलों ने नही किया उससे कहि ज्यादा इन फिल्मों ने किया, क्यों ये लड़के नाम बदलकर हिन्दू लड़की या किसी और धर्म की लड़की हो उनसे शादी झूठ के आधार पर करते आये कहाँ से मिले ये करने की सीख फिल्मो से कितनी ही फिल्मे भरी पड़ी है जिनमे झूठ बोलकर शादी के नाम rape किये गए दृश्य दिखाए जाते रहे, फिल्मो में सेक्स की वल्गैरिटी और हिंसा ही अधिक दिखाई, तभी छोटे बच्चे भी उन्हें देख देख कर बड़े हो रहे है और बड़ो जैसे काम छोटी उम्र में कर रहे है, क्यों नही सही चीजे ज्यादा दिखाई जाती फिल्मो द्वारा। क्योंकि ये सब करके देश के युवाओं को बर्बाद करना है और जिस देश का युवा बर्बाद तो उस देश का कौनसा भविष्य होगा

Ask your Akash Sir, why he didn't pointed out movies like OMG 1 and PK where Gods of only one community was targeted. And where the hell was "us vs them" in Kantara or Brahmastra. Go and watch movie in the world which is based on country's intelligence bureau, like Pathaan, it's common sense that those type of movies are directed on competition between two or more countries. This is the basic narration of movies like Pathan, Tiger, Mission Impossible series. He is trying to give you a hateful narrative and you guys think he is showing the correct side.
