I have chosen not to watch Qamar Cheema's KZbin channel owing to the following reasons: 1. Mediocrity: He provides a shop of mediocrity that is largely made up of speculative and presumptuous content and strawman arguments. Instead, he boldly claims to have been a "teacher/professor of international politics." 2. Duplicity: Simply compare his soft and reconciliatory arguments in his KZbin videos to his hyper-aggressive, anti-Indian views on Indian TV channels. In order to attract and please Indian viewers, he pretends to be sober, pro-peace, and occasionally pro-India in his KZbin videos. It seems that he does all of this to gain Indian viewership and MONEY. No wonder, a US prosecutor once said that "Pakistanis would sell ......... for a few thousand dollars." 3. Deception: In order to attract a wider Indian audience, his guests - Sajid Tarar in particular - present themselves as proponents of Indo-Pakistan peace while actually harboring anti-Indian sentiments similar to those of Cheema. Please watch a few of Tarar's older KZbin videos to confirm this. 4. Use of idiotic clichés: For example, "I may be wrong but," "I was somewhere when someone told me something," "Theek hai ji," ''this is what I understood'', ''ab inko ye samajh aa gayi hai'', etc. 5. Terrible language: He does not speak proper Urdu, Punjabi, or English. It's funny to hear broken Urdu and English spoken in a Punjabi accent. 6. Irritating habits: Repeatedly massaging the nose while talking. 7. Boycott this channel: We are unintentionally providing him with financial advantages, even though we may find amusement in his folly. It is therefore best to stay away from his channel. For these reasons, Major Gaurav Arya probably stopped visiting his channel. As soon as Cheema loses his Indian audience, I have no doubt that he will start spewing anti-Indian content.

You are misleading. At present Pakistan doesn't have the capacity to launch nuclear weapons from the sea. Diesel electric submarines owned by Pakistan cannot fire nuclear weapons. It requires SSBN, which Pakistan doesn't have at present.

Low understanding. Land or air come under one category called Land based strike capability. ( airforce can only be used for delivery of land based Nukes ) Airfore cannot stay airborne for days and months without coming down. So nukes loading is from ground unlike nuclear submarines carrying nukes and missiles, can stay days and months without coming to surface or port. So detection of these is almost impossible.

Nowhere in the whole video, cheema denied that Pakistan 🇵🇰 is looking for second strike capability. Rather he tried to justify it by quoting example of India and competition between army, navy and airforce. Out of the available sources: US, France, Russia and China, only China can help Pak in attaining this. Dots are connecting and got 100 % confirmed from cheema’s video, if at all someone was in doubt before.
