It is. I had it done once. I was completely bent over when I walked. I was in a lot of pain. Had that done and felt my entire spine down to my waist just lift up. I could walk upright afterwards. Light is a good description. It’s amazing and also feels trippy. I need to do it again.

That’s sounds like your sciatic nerve. If the pain starts in your butt cheek and runs down the back of your leg and causes discomfort and sometimes pain with anything and everything from walking to even sitting-that’s ur sciatic nerve. You should see your doctor and they can help. Chiropractors don’t really help with anything besides just needing your joints popped. Good luck ❤
