I'll say this. Ryan is a spectacle. If he keeps putting on a show, a lot of people will watch regardless of the outcome. He commands a big audience.

We gotta see the real numbers from this fight. It might not have sold big because many didn't take this fight seriously. After this fight the next couple fights will probably sell very well. At this point I doubt he has enough dedication to have a long run in the sport like Canelo. I think the bottom line with Haney is his style doesn't produce much excitement. Knockout highlights and pressure fighters usually gain popularity.

The numbers haven't been released yet, but I'm betting Ryan makes 50 million on this fight. Who was last person to make 50 mill on a fight.? Probly lots of better fighters than Ryan right now, but not a lot that make more money. It's just entertainment, and for that we had Floyd, and maybe now Ryan. We'll see.

Ppl crucified Tank for the weight clause but he was right because Ryan would have come in heavy for the weight advance just like what he did to Devin. I believe Ryan would have still beat Devin after seeing the fight but it still was an unfair advantage either way and very unprofessional. Also something needs to be done about him turning his back because how can the opponent throw a legal punch if he turns his back?
