My grand mother had cancer n died infront of our eyes. It was very painful death, she was unable eat r drink. Last few days she forgot everything n started to talking to people who r not there. Whoever she is talking to those people already passed away. Because of her cancer (bowl cancer) there was a very bad smell coming from her body. She passed away on full moon day😭😭😭. After her death we cleaned the complete house but we were getting that bad smell in the first 14 days. Not constantly the smell suddenly will come n cross us we were able to feel that. Every one of them who were close to her felt that something is crossing us wid that smell. But after the 14 days rituals it's gone n we never feel that smell.

That is not an answer but indirectly he said it exists and my grandmother has seen my other relative getting possessed, being dragged. Later they had to do rituals to get rid of it. So I very much believe they exist.

My mother has seen her mother's spirit between the 13 days time after a person dies. It's true. The spirits visit their home everyday to check on their people, and my mother has seen her for a fraction of second, she had this really strong feeling that it's her mother and she still remembers how the spirit looked almost like a diya, a little light randomly in the air, she also described that she could decipher a thin thread around the light from the sky.

Sadhguru has very clearly and wisely given an answer to this question. He probably wanted the audience and maybe all of us to do some homework to understand a certain aspect which is difficult to comprehend for a layman. But, if you listen carefully, you can actually find a very subtle answer. It's for the viewers to make a note of this.
