The thing is people are use to the cheese play style so they are accustomed to countering that.. if you are on Xbox I’d love to play you and see. My biggest thing im working on is super counters but im decent enough

They nerfed and buffed AIS in the last patch. Pre-patch: AIS lasted 15 sec and vanished everything except certain types of perception counters (like the one MUI Goku has) and super counters. Yes super counters worked on AIS pre patch. Now Post-patch: it lasts 10 sec gets deleted by any kind of perception but vanishes super counters. I think the perfect balance for this move would've been to keep how it was pre patch but just reduce the timer to 10 seconds. That way it would be purely defensive as super counters would still be viable against it.

Yeah, but we can see in the video, that everyone I fight basically has 4 health bars like me (Cell through transforming), and apart from the Cell player at the end, I was always the lower DP, lower damage output character 🤣

Thank you! He’s not bad, but he is hard carried by MUI Goku. Afterimage strike and the auto dodge can’t be compared, one costs 3 skill points and has to be used strategically otherwise it can be negated, while the other stops you from being punished where every other character in the game would get punished, for the cost of like 1/4 of a ki bar

Yeah AIS is no longer as opressive as pre-patch, cant be used willy nilly, but if you set it up well like in this video, it can totally ignore super counter and that is HUGE, let that sink in, IGNORES super counter, the strongest defensive mechanic in the game gets totally ignored for 10 seconds... And super vegito being the best AIS user, makes him no slouch, not top tier as before but still a big threat in the right hands.

Cell is NOT a mid character lol He has IT and Wild Sense giving offensive and defensive value His dash super can be followed up on which can be deadly when in sparking mode as well Also has a gut punch for his step in attack so he's around A tier,he would be even more meta if he had more hp tho

If Cell had more health he’d be a top 10 character, no contest. Not mid by any stretch of the imagination. I used to play him to help deal with Z Broly pre patch in high ranks. 7 Dp so he deals alot of damage, he has good rush chain options, step in gut punch, he has one of the fastest sweeps in the game, beam style ki blasts, smash ki blast loops, a high damaging 2 bar super, a rush super with follow ups, and IT and Wildsense. Dude controls the neutral entirely, and you can’t zone him out at all cause he can stick to you like glue. Dude is canonically Perfect. edit: I commented before watching. Regular Cell is solid, Super Perfect Cell is cracked

The biggest counter to MUI was super dashing. MUI could not play the range game were he is at his strongest. Also i thought you could vanish afterimage, does it not work after you super counter it?

You can’t vanish afterimage strike, and if someone super counters, afterimage strike will take their back again. As long as I don’t use a heavy attack on you, you can’t vanish the combo
