Let us understand that a time came that Abraham was called out from his father's household of idol worship and covenanted with him, God commanding him to be blameless before him. At the time of Jesus, their language had been modified from Hebrew to Aramaic so the name Yoshua was mentioned as Yeshua. The Greeks mentioned it as Yesu/Iesu. The Romans mentioned it as Yesus/Iesus.
